HWBG will be returning to the beautiful Triangle C Ranch, for their 4th retreat, in Dubois, WY July 6-9, 2025.
The Triangle C Ranch is in the heart of the scenic Wind River Valley in Wyoming, just an
hour drive* from the Jackson Hole, WY airport and approximately 45 minutes from the Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. There is unlimited access to the Shoshone National Forest for horseback trail rides, hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, and UTV excursions.

Your all-inclusive retreat incudes:
• Lodging in a beautiful western style cabin with private baths
• Gourmet ranch meals prepared by our Ranch Chef with dining service
• A horse & horseback riding and daily trail rides
• Hiking, fly fishing, and campfires 
• Breakfast ride and lunch picnic in the mountains
• Square dance night in Dubois
• Swimming down at the ‘ole swimming hole’ in the Wind River – Polar Plunge!
• Horsemanship demonstration

TRIANGLE C (ranch fees, lodging, & tax) -

          - Price is based on double occupancy rate
          - Single occupancy rates are available, if
            space permits
          - Triangle C does offer a 10% military
​            discount

When your registration for the retreat is complete, you will be given the contact information and special code to arrange your lodging.

HOW TO REGISTER

REGISTRATION FOR RETREAT AND LODGING IS A 3 STEP PROCESS:
 
1. Complete and submit registration form for HWBG retreat
    - Submit registration form, noting your 
      preferred method of payment
     - Email completed registration form to:
         krisscosta@horsewomenbygrace.com
2. You will receive an email that will tell you how 
      to proceed to submit your $300, non-       
     refundable, deposit to secure your spot in the
     retreat
      - Payment may be made by Venmo, Zelle,            credit card or check                     
      - If paying by Venmo, a payment request will
       be sent to the phone number you supply
     - If paying by Zelle, you will be sent a QR       
       code
     - If paying by credit card, an invoice will be
       sent to the email you supply
     - We will hold your spot for 3 days once
        payment request or invoice has been sent
     - If paying by check, please make check
       payable to:
           “Horsewomen By Grace” & mail to:
       Horsewomen By Grace, 5426 San Felipe
       Rd., Hollister, CA 95023.
     - A receipt will be sent to the email you 
       supply.
 
3. After your registration & payment have been received, you will be sent the information you will need to arrange your lodging at the Triangle C.
   
PLEASE NOTE: Triangle C Ranch does require a 35% deposit when you reserve your lodging.
